Basketball Development Academy

The Athletic & Rehabilitation CenterOur philosophy emphasizes the importance of physical conditioning and training. Our athletes attend the ARC Performance Program for development of core strength and conditioning designed specifically for the game of basketball. This program has helped our kids become stronger, quicker and more efficient with their footwork – all vital for the game of basketball.
Hadleigh Meek, Washburn Lady Blues and former Park Hill South graduate, 2 year player with Team Excel said, “it (ARC) made me 10 times stronger…Everybody else is so much weaker on the court….this has really helped my quickness.”
